Cherie Ivy, Chair Cherie is a retired nurse of 13 years, American business woman, entrepreneur and philanthropist and founder of the Humanitarian Post. Ms. Ivy has found great passion in philanthropic and humanitarian endeavors with focus on homelessness and hunger in America and abroad.
She has partnered with Transatlantic Business development in Atlanta Georgia for a 50 year pubic partnership agreement to deliver an economic system of modern, sustainable and highly technologically schools, hospitals, clinics, hotels, advanced sports, entertainment and mixed use facilities. Cherie is also engaged with Wise Solutions CDI Inc. to provide solutions to power development, reusable energy and waste management in Angola, Nigeria, and Zambia.
Cherie gained endorsements from Councilwoman Yvonne Burke, Council 15 District Janice Hahn, retired Chief of Police Bernard C Parks and Donzaleigh Abernathy, daughter of the late Ralph David Abernathy Jr. and niece to Dr. Martin Luther King for her Safe House series of videos which addressed the social needs of disenfranchised youth.
She was awarded a Proclamation from Diane E. Watson, member of Congress 32nd Congressional District for Shaka Zulu, the Television Series and film which brought National attention for the fight against apartheid in South Africa.

Dale Godboldo, Director Actor/producer has been working both in front of and behind the camera for over 25 years, and recently starred as ‘Dream Team’ attorney Carl E. Douglas on Ryan Murphy’s “The People v. OJ Simpson: American Crime Story” – winner of the EMMY, Golden Globe, BAFTA, Critics Choice, and NAACP Image awards.
After completing four seasons on the 90’s “All New Mickey Mouse Club” (alongside Justin Timberlake, Ryan Gosling, Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears, and Keri Russell), Dale continued his acting career appearing in a dozen films including Marvel’s “Thor,“ “The Sum of All Fears,“ “Fame,“ the Will Smith produced “Lakeview Terrace,“ and the Brad Pitt produced “Year of the Dog.“ Dale has also appeared in over 130 episodes of television, with guest star roles on “ER,” “Bones,“ and Disney’s hit show “Good Luck Charlie,“ and series regular roles opposite Jenny McCarthy on NBC’s “Jenny,“ opposite Kristin Chenoweth on NBC’s “Kristin,“ and 2 seasons opposite Wanda Sykes and Jurnee Smolette on FOX’s “Wanda At Large.“
As an entrepreneur, Dale has been responsible for structuring millions in entertainment related projects, events, and distribution agreements with SONY, Arista, Lionsgate, Warner Brothers, The Billboard Awards, and Clearchannel.
As COO of Global Renaissance Entertainment Group, which is joint ventured with the principals of the $2B investment firm Cherokee Investment Partners, Dale is currently Executive Producing the “FLYY GIRL” trilogy of films with Lionsgate/Codeblack (Starring Sanaa Lathan and Produced by Dear White People’s Effie Brown), and Producing “SUPERSTITION: THE RULE OF 3’s“ with the creator of the hugely successful “Final Destination” movie franchise. The Rule of 3’s is the first in a planned SUPERSTITION UNIVERSE of properties.
Dale also owns a record label that released Tony Lucca’s (NBC’s “The Voice”) album “Shotgun” via Warner Elektra Atlantic (supported by Kevin Costner, Ryan Seacrest, JC Chasez, and Justin Timberlake). Dale operates his businesses under the brand, Dale Godboldo Enterprises.
PHILANTHROPY
Looking for ways to help the next generation reach their dreams, Dale formed the aptly named Always In The Club Foundation in appreciation of the training and mentorship he received as a young man on the Mouse Club. Dale has worked closely in developing programs with US Dream Academy, Arthur Wylie Foundation, Branson Centre Of Entrepreneurship, and Cherokee Gives Back. As part of the Philanthropy United team, Dale has fundraised for Unite4:Humanity and other events with Bill Clinton, Robert DeNiro, James Cameron, Martin Scorsese, Eva Longoria, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, Sean Penn, Jada Pinkett Smith, Charlize Theron, and Halle Berry, among others.
Always In The Club Foundation is fiscally sponsored by Godboldo’s International Arts & Philanthropy Foundation (IAPF), which also sponsors Breed Life Foundation. IAPF recently held its first fundraiser at City Summit & Gala featuring honored guests and speakers including Quincy Jones, John Travolta, Halle Berry, Anthony Mackie, Russell Simmons, and billionaire businessman John Paul DeJoria.
IAPF continues to serve as the non-profit City Gala’s fiscal sponsor/receiver on the weekend of the Oscars, with its sister event, City Summit, as the world’s only socially conscience business acceleration experience held in the days leading up to the Gala. City Summit 2018’s Guest Speaker is actor/investor/philanthropist, Ashton Kutcher.
Allen Ellison, Director was born in Avon Park, Florida on November 21, 1980 and grew up in the agricultural based, rural city of Wauchula, Florida. His parents, a minister and a special needs instructor, taught him the importance of service to ones fellow man and because of this he is known for his vision and perspective.
After graduating from Hardee Senior High School in 1999, Allen went on to received his Bachelors of Arts Degree in Political Science with a concentration in Business Administration from Florida Southern College where he was elected Treasurer of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, FSC Chapter and soon thereafter, became the organization’s first African-American President.
His vision, core philosophies and strong principles are igniting young future leaders from around the country at the Emerging Leaders Institute, where he serves as one of the organization’s founders and President. Allen’s experience handling issues affecting people where the “rubber meets the road”, along with a “put others first” mindset, gives him a broader outlook on the challenges facing this country.
Chane Kirkwood, Director A Licensed California Realtor and Co-founder of Synergy Investments, Inc. based in Altadena, California, and the Shawn Taylor Foundation, Los Angeles, California, Chance never stops growing.
She is a seasoned Realtor and business owner who has represented clients in a variety of real estate transactions to include but not limited to Probate sales, multi family residents, single family homes, commercial and foreclosure sales. Her extensive background has allowed her to represent and guide clients from California to Texas to Las Vegas with their residential and commercial acquisitions and sales; lease obligations and investment goals.
Chance has an extensive record of success in guiding her clients to their desired real estate destinations whatever they may be. Her attention to detail and care for her clients has culminated in a fruitful and expansive range of clientele and friends over the years.
Her specific areas of expertise include strategic planning, client purchase viability and preparation, home staging for top dollar and real estate purchase education for first time buyers and investors. Her knowledge of market trends and years of experience allow her to assist first time home buyers, home sellers and investors in purchasing properties that exceed their expectations.
She is an active member of the board of Realtors, the Altadena Chamber of Commerce and the SEIU Union workers.
Taylor Roberson, Jr. CEO, Taylor is a very exciting, energetic, and innovative 11 year old who is an honor student at a Charter School in the Los Angeles California area. She attended the famed Debbie Allen Dance Academy, also based in Los Angeles. Taylor’s favorite pastime is both reading and listening to great stories. She is a gifted artist with an eye for coloring chemistry and colors the most beautiful pictures.
At birth, Taylor was introduced to a healthy eating lifestyle by her parents who were transforming their lives to be vegetarians. Taylor is driven by her passion for the health and well being of all life force with a special fondness for animals. Taylor is amazed and greatly inspired by the world around her, from the flowers and plants to the magic of a sunset over the ocean. She envisions a world where children are safe and feel loved, a place of all possibilities and dreams, and she herself hopes to be a dream maker.
